On December 16, family and friends gathered for the premiere party of short film – Consequences – a Nabil Nona film. The film is about an autistic boy whose father — a drug addict loser — gives his son a fake gun, hoping that the police would shoot the kid so he can sue the police for the wrongful death of his son.
The film is produced and directed by Nabil Nona. Executive Producer is Angel Matheson. The premier event also included music and dinner. It took place at Sahara Restaurant & Banquet Center in the city of Sterling Heights. Despite a snowstorm that night, more than 120 people attended the premiere event. “I am proud of everyone who worked on this short film and very humbled by the love and support of my family, friends and other fellow filmmakers who attended the event,” said Nona.
