Founded in 1931 as the Italian Lawyers Club of Michigan, today the Italian-American Bar Association of Michigan(IABAM) remains one of the oldest and largest ethnic bar associations in the country. The IABAM is honored to have an active roster of over 200 attorneys and judicial members, including one Michigan Supreme Court justice. Over 30 courts in the state proudly display the IABAM flag. On Friday, December 6, the IABAM will host its 88th annual Winter Gala at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester. This event will benefit the Friends of Foster Kids charity.
