41 Years of the Voice

Chaldean Voice Radio celebrated its 41st year of operation last month at Shenandoah Country Club. The Chaldean Voice honored Father Boji with a lifetime achievement award for 33 years of uninterrupted work at the radio station. Boji contributed 1,716 episodes to the radio over the years. The Chaldean Voice also presented an award for Dhia Babbie, who died last year. Babbie’s 38 years of volunteer service were crucial to Chaldean Voice’s success. His wife received his old microphone with a plaque that says, “Although your microphone may be silent now, your voice and legacy will forever echo in our hearts.”
