School is in Session!

Students received backpacks filled with school supplies.

The CCF recently hosted back-to-school events in partnership with Warren Consolidated Schools (WCS) and Utica Community Schools (UCS), helping local families prepare for the upcoming school year.

Families received backpacks and school supplies generously donated by WCS and UCS. Kroger also contributed hundreds of non-perishable food items to support families in need.

Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union further supported the events by donating gifts, including two $50 gift cards that were presented to two families.

The CCF also extends its sincere appreciation to the Sterling Heights Drug Free Coalition and Macomb County Health and Human Services (DHHS) Foster Care for providing valuable resources and information to families.

Together, these community partners helped make the back-to-school season a little brighter and ensured local families had the supplies, resources, and support they need to start the school year strong.
