Faith: ECRC is hosting its annual Awake My Soul Event. Tickets are $7 and include dinner. The event will be taking place at St. Joseph Chaldean Catholic Church on Big Be ver Rd. in Troy. Charity: The Autism Alliance of Michigan presents the first Golf for Autism at Pine Knob Golf Course located at 5580 Waldon Rd., Village of Clarkston on Sunday, September 9 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For $200, each golfer will receive: a golf cart and 18 holes of golf, a welcome gift, a hot breakfast, Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar, two drink tickets and snacks on course, and lunch featuring a premium open bar. Charity: Please join us for the 5th annual Stride for Seminarians on September 23 from 7:30am - 12:00 pm at the Detroit Zoo. Early bird registration is available June 1 - June 30. Under 2 are free, ages 2-12 are $20 ($30 after June 30), and adults are $30 ($40 after June 30). Registration includes a t-shirt, breakfast, lunch, kids’ activities, and a mass in the Zoo pavilion. All proceeds support the Chaldean Seminarian fund.

Religious Retreat: Join us for a theological retreat that walks the “Road to Emmaus” (Luke 24:34). Take four days away from the worries and busyness of this world and spend them with the Lord. Hosted by ECRC, the Emmaus Retreat will run from October 18 through October 21. Taking place at the Queen of the Family Retreat Center in Oxford, the retreat is open to anyone between the ages of 21 – 35.
