Chaldean News: Use of AI Policy

Written and visual materials submitted for publication in the Chaldean News must be generated exclusively by human creativity. Submissions must consist of original writing and reporting, and all work must be created by the individual whose byline appears with the story.  

Contributors' use of AI tools such as (but not limited to) Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity, to originate or develop copy is prohibited. Contributors may continue to use spellcheck/grammar tools to finalize their original materials. 

Undisclosed use of AI-generated or AI-substantially-assisted text, or misrepresenting AI involvement in any way may result in a review of CN's relationship with the contributor and lead to a severance of the relationship.
