The Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce celebrated their 18th Annual (due to COVID) Awards Dinner on April 29. Over 800 guests attended the gala at Shenandoah Country Club and heard remarks from Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Speaker of the House Jason Wentworth. Honored this year was Mike Denha as Businessperson of the Year. Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence was paid special tribute. Lead sponsors included Ascension, Bank of Ann Arbor, Comerica Bank, Country Fresh, DTE, Gardner White Furniture, Hollywood/Greektown Casino, and The Elia Group.
