Mary Loussia Kassab Acho was born to farmers in Telkeppe, Iraq on September 26, 1929. She came to Detroit with her daughter Khalida in 1968. In America, she worked as a housekeeper at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit for nearly 30 years. She passed away peacefully on March 16, 2021 at 91 years old. She was the last surviving member of her generation.
