A Successful Summer Discovery Camp Ends

Summer Discovery students share a bond.

The Chaldean Community Foundation’s Summer Discovery Camp recently wrapped up a successful summer, serving over 140 students entering grades 3 through 6 from Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties. Over five weeks, students strengthened their math and English language arts skills during the mornings while spending their afternoons participating in hands-on enrichment activities, including STEAM projects, cooking and baking, guest speakers, team-building activities, and exciting educational field trips to destinations such as Greenfield Village, the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum, and Cranbrook Institute of Science.
