Now that businesses are opening back up in Michigan, how will your behavior change?

I do plan on resuming some activities but to an extent and with caution. That means masks in grocery and other stores, and keeping gatherings more minimal. However, I’m glad that I’m able to see my friends and family now that the stay at home order has been lifted. We can’t forget that COVID-19 is still an active threat, but we are creatures of habit and we need some return to normalcy.

I’m glad things are opening up again and things are starting to go back to normal. COVID-19 is still a threat and we should still be cautious but I can’t wait to resume life as usual. I will refrain from traveling because unfortunately other states do have higher rates of COVID-19 than Michigan does but I’m excited to be able to see family and friends again.

I definitely plan on going to restaurants and going to gatherings with friends and families, but I am being much more cautious than pre-COVID and I’m limiting my social interaction with people. I’m greatly impressed with how our governor has taken care of the situation, but I don’t see my social life going back to normal until there is some vaccine or drug available for the public.

As things begin to open back up, I will start going back to the locations I love. I think it’s important to take precautions for your health at all times, and I’ve always been a bit of a germaphobe so I think those habits will just carry into me being careful in public during these uncertain times. Just being cautious and mindful of those around you can make a big difference.

I will not be going to movies or concerts anytime soon. However, I would go to restaurants that are taking protective measures in their business practices, although I would prefer to be seated outside. In short, I am more cautious at this time but hopeful that things will go back as they were.

As grateful as I am for having a home, health, and food every day, I am eager to finally get out and get some fresh air! With Michigan beginning to gradually reopen, I’ve already been out to eat, attended various events, and hung out with friends. However, life is far from normal. These are unprecedented times and we are living through a pandemic. It’s important to remain vigilant and mindful of the health and safety concerns of others.

Although things are opening back up, I am still being very cautious and ensuring I do my part to help stop the spread of the virus. I have been going to some restaurants but taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of others and myself while being there. I think I will hold off from going to the movies or other events until we see what is going to happen pertaining to the course of the virus with everything reopening.

Since businesses are slowly starting to open back up, I will definitely be attending restaurants and watching movies in the theaters, but I will also be taking precautions. I will wear a mask if it is mandatory. If businesses aren’t so strict on precautions, then I probably won’t wear a mask. And I also won’t be standing six feet apart from my friends.
